In 2020, we were members of the team which was developing the new Urban and Active Mobility Concept for 2021-2030, and we've been actively involved in the implementation process since 2021. We want to be kind of "guardians" of the Concept who will promote and ensure its implementation and fulfilment of even those goals which were not included into the Concept. Here you can find not only the abstract of the Concept, but also description of our activities relating to the Concept.
There are some places to show that both the will and the desire to improve our surrounding space may not necessarily be mandated by any law or strategy. The key is how successful we are in turning our visions into particular changes in the streets.

Status Quo:
The Urban and Active Mobility Concept for 2021-2030 (hereinafter the Concept) was approved by the Czech Government on January 11, 2021, as a strategic document for walking and cycling and as a methodological document for sustainable urban mobility solutions at the local and regional levels. Czech National Cycling Development Strategy for 2013-2020[1]expired on 31st December 2020).
Our actions:
Action 1 - Implementation of BYPAD audit of The Urban and Active Mobility Concept for 2021-2030
The BYPAD audit consists of different modules which are part of national bicycle policies. The methodology will be based on the existing modules for BYPAD for Regions.

24. - 25. 6. 2021 - working event on bicycle with our politics (Hanušovice - Olomouc), 24. 6. in the evening is small workshop. It will be very nice working trip.

24. 3. 2022 Vít Branda Award and workshop about Design street (Prague)
17. - 18. 5. 2022 - Jihlava, big national conference about Vienna declaration of the Fifth High-level Meeting on Transport, Health and Environment. We want to check its implementation in a year.
